What this site collects.

The early access form

If you submit the form we receive the email address you typed, the option you picked, anything you wrote in the notes field, which page you submitted from, and the country your request came from as reported by our hosting provider. That is the whole list.

Where it goes

Straight to us as an email, relayed through Resend, our email provider. It is not added to a marketing automation platform, not enriched against a data broker, not sold, and not shared. We reply from a person.

Analytics and cookies

We ask before counting visits. If you choose Accept on the banner, this site loads Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser and sends Google the pages you view along with details about your browser, your device, and your approximate location. If you choose Decline, or never answer, nothing is loaded from Google and none of its cookies are set. Every page and the early access form work the same either way.

Your answer is kept in your browser's local storage, so we do not ask again on every page. Cookie settings in the footer changes it at any time, and switching to Decline deletes the Google Analytics cookies.

Google Analytics is the only third party script here. Fonts are served from this domain. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs, which we do not use to build a profile of you.

Removing your details

Reply to any email from us and ask, and we will delete your record. No form to fill in and no retention argument.

This page covers billetstream.com, the marketing site, only. It does not describe what the Billet product handles inside a deployment. That is a separate document, provided with the product.
